Membership Agreement
Memberships are personal, non-transferable between individuals. Class sessions cannot be used by anyone other than the person booked into the class.
Members require a valid booking for studio access. Walk-ins are not accepted for any of the classes. Failure to do so will result in a booking violation fee. This includes back-to-back attendance.
You agree that you are unable to bring unauthorised non-members into the studio, including infants, children, or pets . Failure to comply will result in a penalty fee. Failure to comply on a second occasion will result in membership cancellation.
The ‘Intro offers’ are exclusively for new members and can only be purchased once and must be your very first purchase with us. If you purchase a casual pass or any other pricing option, it will no longer be available to you.
If using our reformers for the very first time in an unsupervised/on -demand session it is mandatory for your safety to watch the ‘Introduction to Your Reformer Video’ (10 mins) before commencing your first workout.
Studio Rules & Access
Studio access may be available between 5am and midnight each day. Exceed Pilates reserves the right to restrict access for safety reasons or maintenance.
You must be booked into a class/session to access the studio unless attending during staffed times for a consultation. You agree to use the designated access method (e.g. App, or Access Code) to "unlock" the door and check in for your class, at every visit. Failure to properly check in will result in the administrative fee for check-in violation.
When booking an ‘On Demand” session, you are reserving the reformer for an hour. It is your responsibility to ensure that you vacate the reformer on the hour to allow for the next client’s session. Please be courteous and ensure the reformer clean and tidy before you leave. Failure to adhere to this may affect your ability to book future sessions.
A booking is only confirmed once the payment is processed and the member receives a confirmation email or message.
You agree to wear grip socks at every reformer session for your safety and studio hygiene.
You agree to use a sanitary wipe provided to clean your reformer equipment (including the carriage, props and straps) at the end of every session, and to return the equipment to its setup position ready for the next member.
During unstaffed hours all members must be aged 16 years or older.
The Studio will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen belongings.
Payments & Renewals
Your membership commences on the date of activation and continues for the term specified in your chosen membership.
Monthly membership fees are deducted automatically from your designated payment method on the renewal date of each cycle, unless cancelled or paused in accordance with eXceed Pilates membership terms and conditions.
You agree to maintain up to date payment information. Any failed payment will result in an administrative fee being charged to your account. Your booking rights and facility access may be suspended until all outstanding fees are settled.
Members with limited packages cannot rollover unused classes or session credits to the next period
If you surpass your allocated class limit, you may still book additional classes for the applicable ‘Additional Class Fee’ defined in the Schedule. This can be done via the website or App, or you can email hello@exceedpilates.com and we can manage it for you.
You may upgrade or downgrade your membership via the Exceed Pilates App or website before the renewal date of your current membership.
The Studio reserves the right to increase membership fees, penalties, and session pricing by providing you with at least thirty (30) days prior notice before your membership renewal date.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Monthly recurring memberships maybe cancelled via the App or website a minimum of 2 days prior to the next billing date to allow for bank processing. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the paid term. No refunds are issued for partial periods or unused sessions.
Fixed-term Memberships (5, 10, 15 session packs) maybe cancelled via the App or website before the contracted term or usage limit ends. However, you will be charged 50% of the outstanding membership.
Late Cancel and No-Show Fees: Sessions must be cancelled via the App or website at least 2 hours’ prior to the commencement of a class. Failure to cancel within this window ("Late Cancel") or failure to check in ("No-Show") will result in the penalty fee as detailed in the Schedule.
Pauses & Suspensions
Membership pauses are subject to eligibility and notice requirements. Medical documentation may be required.
You are entitled to pause or suspend your membership for a total duration known as the Suspension Limit within any rolling 12-month membership year, as defined in the Membership Terms Schedule.
Membership pausing can be performed via the App or website before the renewal date of your current membership. After a suspension period, payments will automatically resume unless paused due to severe injury or illness (supporting documentation to be provided). Your next membership fee will be extended by the duration of the suspension period.
Security & CCTV
CCTV operates 24 hours a day within the studio for safety and security. The door access systems must be used at every visit. Access will be closely monitored for any violation of our terms and conditions. Those members found to be violating our terms and conditions will be charged a penalty fee as outlined in the Schedule, and at our discretion cancellation of their membership.
Amendments
Exceed Pilates Pty Ltd may amend these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
