Clinical Focus

  • Supports rehabilitation and graded return to optimal movement
  • Enhance postural control, alignment, and movement efficiency
  • Improve strength, stability, endurance and joint load tolerance
  • Promote long-term musculoskeletal health

Programming prioritises precision, load management, and quality of movement.

Reformer-Based Movement

The reformer provides adjustable, spring-based resistance to support and challenge movement.

Exercises enhance neuromuscular control, posture, and functional strength.

Spring resistance is precisely adjusted to provide appropriate challenge while minimising joint stress.

The reformer environment allows for supported, low‑impact loading as well as progressive resistance, making classes appropriate for rehabilitation, persistent pain presentations, and ongoing conditioning.

Small-Group Delivery

With a maximum of 9 participants per class , physiotherapists are able to:

  • Closely monitor technique and alignment
  • Precise cueing and hands‑on correction where appropriate
  • Individualise resistance and exercise selection
  • Progress or modify movements based on clinical need
