Whether you’re new to eXceed or already a member, this page answers the most common questions about our studio, memberships, access and how our classes work.
Yes! We offer 2 types of INTRO SPECIALS for ‘Face-to-Face Reformer Classes’ and ‘On Demand Reformer sessions’ to experience eXceed Pilates.
After your trial ends, you’ll be given the opportunity to choose one of our memberships that will best suit you.
Yes! Our ‘On Demand’ reformer classes present a mandatory ‘Introduction to Your Reformer Video’ (8 mins) for your safety to watch before commencing your first workout. This ensures safe equipment setup and use, understanding of reformer principles and loading, confidence with foundational movement patterns.
Our ‘F2F Reformer Pilates’, ‘F2F Mat Pilates’ and ‘Group Physio’ classes are delivered by our experienced physiotherapists, who are not only there to instruct but when required will provide individual verbal and manual correction.
We strongly encourage anyone who is concerned about “am I doing it right” or have an injury to book a ‘Physio Class Assessment’ with us before they start.
No referral is necessary and to be eligible for a health fund rebate you require an initial physiotherapy assessment.

You will need grip socks for your safety and hygiene reasons. They’re available for purchase at the studio using the eXceed app store. We suggest you wear ‘non baggy’ athletic clothing and bring a reusable water bottle. If you have long hair, for your safety please tie your hair up!
Our F2F classes are delivered by physiotherapists who are experienced in modifying the exercises to support all levels of experience
We encourage you to show careful judgement about the intensity of Pilates exercises you can safely manage. If you are unsure, please talk to us, or book a book ‘Physio Class Assessment’
Our physiotherapists will be there most days of the week either teaching the F2F classes or seeing individuals for appointments.
When staff are not present, we have safety and security measures in place and if you ever need to reach out to speak to someone, we’ll be available for you.
Yes FREE PARKING is available in the 2,000 spot multi-storey car park open from 6.00 am to 2.00 am, 7 days a week.
Entry to the carpark is via Errol Flynn Blvd.
Enjoy up to 2 hours of free parking if you enter the carpark before 6pm at night. After 6pm, you will need to key in your license plate number into the ‘parking validator’ available at the studio’s front desk to allow 2 hours of free parking.
When you sign up you will receive a ‘Welcome to eXceed Pilates’ email. This will guide you through the steps in using your smartphone to unlock the studio door. REMINDER: This is how you check in, so don’t forget, even if someone holds the door open for you!

Yes, you may be eligible for a health fund rebate if you have ‘extras’ cover, under the physiotherapy schedule. One on one physiotherapy session can be claimed at the time of your appointment under the code 500 (initial consultation) or 505 (follow up consultation).
You may also be eligible to claim for your ‘Face to Face Classes’ under the code 560 or 561. This is different for every health fund and every level of cover. If you would like to claim for your face-to-face classes an initial consultation is required by all health funds to be eligible. No referral is necessary; you just need to book a ‘Physio Class Assessment’ with us before you start.

We encourage pregnant women to keep exercising throughout their pregnancy. You are welcome to join our face-to-face classes. Our physiotherapists will modify exercises depending what stage of the pregnancy you are at and provide props to make it safe and comfortable for you.
If wanting to attend ‘On Demand Reformer’ specific pregnancy classes, these are available on the kiosk for the different stages of your pregnancy. The classes are delivered by physiotherapists. Before commencing any of our pregnancy programs we recommend you obtain advice for your healthcare practitioner, to endure you are safe and clear to perform these exercises.

Yes, please view our membership plans. Choose your plan and follow the prompts. You’ll receive a welcome email with directions to start booking classes.
Yes, you can manage your membership easily through our website or Gymdesk App. Please see our ‘Terms and Conditions’ in the footer of our website — just make sure to do it 2 days before your next renewal.
If you use all your included classes for the month, you can book additional classes! Please email us hello@exceedpilates.com and we’ll be happy to organise this for you.
You can cancel via the App or website at least 2 hours’ prior to the commencement of a class. Failure to cancel within this window ("Late Cancel") or failure to check in ("No-Show") will result in the penalty fee as detailed in the ‘Terms and Conditions’.

Initial appointments are 45-60 minutes.
Follow up appointments vary between 30 – 60 minutes depending on the complexity of your problem and your goals.
The system allows users to sign up for only one membership at a time. After signing up, they can add a membership to their account in the member portal. You receive a 10% discount when combining any 2 face to face packages. Please email us at hello@exceedpilates.com
and we will forward you the discount/promo code. They'll want to update some top and bottom banner images, and will provide the appropriate photos soon. Thank you!
