Sue is a physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates instructor based in Sydney, with a genuine passion for movement as medicine. Since graduating with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney in 2022, she has been delivering Clinical Pilates-based rehabilitation across a range of private practice settings in Sydney, working with diverse client groups including pre and postnatal women, chronic pain patients, older adults, and those with spinal and musculoskeletal conditions.
What sets Sue apart is her unique background as a former K-pop dance instructor and production coordinator with Korea’s National Contemporary Dance Company. This movement background informs her approach to body awareness and rehabilitation creativity, allowing her to connect with clients in a way that is both clinical and deeply human.
Her areas of interest include Women’s Health, postural correction and Pilates-based rehabilitation.
Outside of the clinic, Sue is a proud mum and enjoys staying active and connected to the world of dance and movement in her spare time.
