Therapist Detail
Therapist Name: Rebecca Malek
B. Physiotherapy
Bec graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the Australian Catholic University in 2017.
Bec personally started using pilates in her own exercise regimen and as a result also found its great benefit for use clinically with her patients. She found that her patients were more likely to achieve positive progress towards their goals when they were empowered to move their body through pilates. She has completed her Clinical Pilates training and has been teaching pilates classes for several years.
As an avid skier, in the winter Bec can often be found on the ski fields and therefore has an interest in using strength and conditioning through pilates for injury prevention and performance enhancement. Bec also enjoys reading, being in the outdoors and all things cheese!
