Therapist Detail

Therapist Name: Amber Cormack

Physiotherapy

I'm a qualified physiotherapist from Newcastle, UK, and experienced Pilates instructor. I have a passion for helping people move well, feel stronger and build confidence in their bodies. My background in physiotherapy, combined with my love of Pilates, allows me to bring a practical, movement-focused approach to my classes.

I love making Pilates enjoyable, challenging and accessible for all levels, whether you're completely new to Pilates, looking to improve your strength and mobility, or wanting to complement your training.

Outside of Pilates, you'll usually find me running, training HYROX, exploring Sydney's beaches or trying out a new coffee spot!
